• Contact Information: such as name, email address, and country of residence, as provided through Substack subscriptions or direct correspondence.

• Consultation Information: notes, reflections, or statements voluntarily shared during spiritual consultations, readings, or advisory sessions.

• Meditation Participation: names, voices, likenesses, or video presence where participants choose to appear in live or recorded meditations, assemblies, or group workings.

• Technical Data: information automatically provided by Substack or related platforms (such as device type, location, and IP address) for the purpose of maintaining secure digital function.

The Order collects only that information which is voluntarily given or inherently required for communication, teaching, or spiritual participation.

3. Use of Information

Information gathered by the Order may be used for the following sacred and administrative purposes:

• to communicate with subscribers and participants regarding the Order’s publications and assemblies;

• to facilitate spiritual consultations, meditations, and group works;

• to maintain accurate records of participants where necessary for ongoing spiritual support;

• to improve the clarity, depth, and doctrinal development of the Order’s teachings;

• to create anonymised case studies or illustrative writings, where personal details are either removed or altered to ensure privacy and dignity;

All consultations and private dialogues are confidential. However, the Order reserves the right to draw upon generalised or anonymised insights derived from consultations to illustrate spiritual principles, teachings, or case studies for the advancement of doctrine.

No identifying details, names, or images shall ever be used without explicit written consent. The Order may summarise patterns, experiences, or outcomes in broad and non-identifiable form for educational or doctrinal publication.

5. Meditations, Assemblies, and Recorded Participation

During live or recorded meditations, assemblies, or gatherings conducted by or through the Order, participants may appear by name, image, or voice.

By attending or participating, you consent to the visibility of your presence to others attending and to the recording of the session where applicable. Recordings may be used for future teaching, archives, or publication within the Order’s sanctified platforms.

Participants are advised to join with awareness that spiritual gatherings are communal by nature, and visibility to others is an inherent aspect of shared practice.

If you prefer not to appear, you may participate without activating your camera or by using an alternate name.

The Order is not responsible for the actions or recordings of other attendees outside the official record.

6. Data Retention

Information may be retained for as long as necessary to serve the purposes for which it was gathered, to preserve historical accuracy, or to protect the Order’s legitimate spiritual and legal interests.

The Order may, at its sole discretion, maintain archives of correspondence, consultations, or group works as part of its sacred record. These archives are not public and are handled with the utmost discretion.

7. Protection of Data

All information is stored securely and accessed only by authorised representatives of the Order. While the Order employs reasonable measures to protect data, no digital transmission can be guaranteed to be entirely secure.

By engaging with the Order, you acknowledge that data transmission occurs at your own discretion and risk. The Order shall not be held liable for any unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of information beyond its control.

Any communication conducted through external applications, including video platforms, is also subject to those providers’ privacy terms.

As the Order is spiritually seated in Italy and legally constituted in the Republic of Panama, data may be transferred or stored across jurisdictions in accordance with their respective laws.

By engaging with the Order, you consent to such transfer and acknowledge that data may be governed by the laws of both Italy and Panama, which uphold confidentiality and freedom of religious expression.
